It does not matter either it is a mundane or complex project. Each of it are precious to us. Delivering a good quality and good time keeping are the new standards learnt by us from the Japs..

Delivering good quality products does not mean we can compromise the time by being late..

How to avoid from being late...simple...proper planning with a lot of options. That require us to focus on the potential consequences will arise in future. It demand us to foreseen in advance what will occur and how to deal or vanquish it. Experience has tought us well in dealing with a problem. Multiple resources and quick action or response proven to help us to raise our pride by delivering quality via short project leadtime from planned. Sometime its like start late finish early. Sounds a bit ridiculous...but its happened. Still we need to improve on how we starts and how we end. So that we can work in style..
